Hanging with Bill and Audrey

Bill and Audrey came to dinner tonight. Tara had to go out of of the country on business, so we thought it would be fun to have Bill and Audrey over.
Jacob enjoyed Audrey's train. We had to remind him that this was going home with Audrey when she and her daddy left.
It was really nice outside so we got to play with the kids in the backyard before dinner.
Audrey was so good and sat with everyone.
She ate a good dinner and whatever she was eating, Jacob wanted the exact same thing. I had to cut up his chicken really small like Audrey's. It was very cute!

Jake's Hat

Lately Jake has been wanting to wear his hats - all the time. This morning he had to wear his blue hat that we got on our trip to Seattle.
He was having a great time running around this morning with his hat and his Elmo cup we got at Sea World.
The hat wearing fun continued at lunch.
String cheese tastes extra yummy when you have your special hat on!

Bathtub Finger Paints

Jacob got some bathtub finger paints (or fee-ner taints as he calls them) from Bill, Tara and Audrey for his second birthday. He LOVES them and asks for his fee-ner taints every night when we go up for a bath.
This was his first night using them and as you ca see he had a good time! I think we have a little Picasso on our hands!
Our little budding bathtub artist. I think we will be getting some more of these when this batch run out. They are definitely a hit with Jacob!
