Today is Tim's birthday so we let him open
up his birthday gift from Jacob. We are doing a family celebration this weekend, so that is when Tim will get the rest of his presents. Jacob was helping daddy read his cards.
Come on dad, it is time to open your present! Hurry up!
Daddy got a 10 year anniversary D-back shirt and a D-back
coosie, and then a D-back hat for Jacob to wear so he can match daddy on game day.

Jacob try on his new hat so we could see how good it looked.
But Jacob was more interested in playing with the phone at this particular moment. We have to watch him if he gets a hold of the phone. He almost called Auntie Joni and Uncle Chris one morning at about 6:30am. I am not sure they would think it was as funny as we would!

back hat! Such a handsome guy! It is funny when you have a kid how every event ends up
being about them, even when it is
something like mommy or daddy's birthday!
